On March 10-11, 2026, the AM Forum will take place in Berlin – one of the leading conferences for industrial additive manufacturing in German-speaking countries. The event brings together users, manufacturers and decision-makers from industry and research to discuss current developments and practical applications.
During the forum, Martin Launhardt will present the materials POWDERMONKEY® TPU 50 and Spheroflex TPU 50 and provide insights into specific applications. The focus is on functional components in which elasticity, resilience and design freedom play a central role.
A special feature of our TPU is its multi-shore hardness – the ability to realize different shore hardnesses within one component, currently the only material on the market to do so. This allows flexible and rigid areas to be combined in a targeted manner – without changing materials or downstream assembly processes. This property opens up new design approaches, for example for damping elements, ergonomic components or integrated functional zones.
