Selective laser sintering of plastics (SLS) is a powder-based additive manufacturing process and offers the possibility of producing high-quality, resilient and detailed components.
For small SLS devices, such as those from SinterIt and Sintratec with low laser power, we offer specially adapted SLS powders.
We also offer alternative SLS plastic powders, e.g. made from PA12, PP and TPU, specially optimized for high laser absorption.
100% Ecological SLS powder
All our SLS powders are optimized for low thermal ageing, resulting in minimal waste. This reduces your costs and protects the environment.
High chemical resistance
Our PA12 as well as the PP and TPU materials impress with their high chemical resistance. This means that all our 3D printing materials can be washed without any problems and are hydrolysis-free.
Excellent mechanical properties
The mechanical properties of the materials processed on small-scale SLS systems are comparable to the properties of industrial systems. The PA12 impresses with very high tensile strength and ductility and the TPU's with enormously high elongation at break comparable to rubber.
Easy to process
All our materials are very free-flowing and can be optimally processed on SLS desktop systems (SinterIt, Sintratec, etc.).
Very good pourability
For the best 3D printing results, the very fine powder must be applied as smoothly as possible. For this reason, we have optimized all our SLS powders to ensure the best possible flowability.
High level of detail
All our 3D printing plastic powders are optimized for desktop SLS devices and allow the highest possible level of detail.
