As an alternative to the new SLS powders, we offer a processed PA12 powder enriched with glass beads, which is specially optimized for small SLS desktop devices and has a low laser power. Monkey RePA 12 50-8 GB offers increased mechanical rigidity, high wear resistance and high heat resistance.
The required process parameters vary depending on the type of system used. Both the system type and the process parameters used influence the resulting part properties. This SLS powder is particularly suitable for SLS machines such as SinterIt LISA, LISA Pro, LISA X, Formlabs Fuse 1, Formlabs Fuse 1+, Sintratec S1, Sintratec S2, Sintratec S3.
