The selective laser sintering of plastics (LS, or SLS) is a complex interplay of temperature, melting behavior of the polymer, the application mechanics and finally the solidification behavior.
Ultimately, the design and positioning, the respective system and finally the material with the corresponding process parameters have a decisive influence on the resulting component properties.

For this reason, we have invested a lot of time and effort in characterizing our innovative and alternative SLS materials and have characterized the materials for different types of SLS systems and found suitable process parameters.
On some systems, preset process parameters can be used; on others, special process parameters have to be set.

Caution: Not every system allows free parameterization.
Please first check which type of system you have and whether it is possible to set at least basic parameters.

Thanks to our many years of experience, we have already developed parameter sets for many system types and are happy to provide you with our recommendations for new system types.
