Großartiger 3D Druck mit hochwertigem SLS Pulver

The selective laser sintering of plastics (LS, or SLS) is a complex interplay of temperature, melting behavior of the polymer, the application mechanics and finally the solidification behavior. Ultimately, the design and positioning, the respective system and finally the material with the corresponding process parameters have a decisive influence on the resulting component properties.

For this reason, we have invested a lot of time and effort in characterizing our innovative and alternative SLS materials and have characterized the materials for different types of SLS systems and found suitable process parameters. On some systems, preset process parameters can be used; on others, special process parameters have to be set.


Caution: Not every system allows free parameterization. Please first check which type of system you have and whether it is possible to set at least basic parameters.

Thanks to our many years of experience, we have already developed parameter sets for many system types and are happy to provide you with our recommendations for new system types. 

In the future, we will also publish the most important process parameters for some of our 3D printing powders here.

We are happy to help you set the parameters!

Our SLS powders consist of different plastics, most of which are not offered by the system manufacturers. For this reason, an adapted selection of process parameters is necessary. We are happy to support you here and provide you with all the necessary values. You are also welcome to contact us in advance to find out whether you can process our materials on your system. We guarantee processability on industrial systems (tested e.g. on eos systems) and on SinterIt systems.
