2024 was a great year and with new materials we are looking forward to welcoming many new community members in 2025.
Last year we launched two new materials; a PowderMonkeys PA12 especially for Sintratec machines such as S1, S2 and S3 and a PowderMonkeys RePA12 GB reinforced with crystal clear glass beads.

We were able to significantly increase the sales on the very soft TPU (PowderMonkeys TPU 50) and the RePA12 (PowderMonkeys RePA12 45-20).
Furthermore, we are very actively researching and developing new special materials for the powder bed fusion processes (PBF). This can be either Selective LaserSintering (SLS), Hish Speed Sintering (HSS), Multijet Fusion (MJF) or Selective Absorption Fusion(SAF).
In cooperation with the University of Paderborn and the Direct Manufacturing Research Center (DMRC) we are actively developing a Flame Retardant and Halogen-Free PA12 with optimized refresh rate.
